The news feature highlighted a cause very close to our hearts: addressing the growing food insecurity right here in our community.

 

The Growing Need in Mid-Michigan

St. Mark’s has been a beacon of hope in Flint, hosting vital food giveaways twice a month for families facing hard times. However, with the demand for food assistance surging across Mid-Michigan, the outreach center recently hit a difficult roadblock—struggling to secure enough funding to keep up with the rising needs of our neighbors.

 

When we heard that their upcoming giveaways were facing critical shortages, we knew we couldn’t sit on the sidelines.

 

 

Stepping Up Together

Our team at Deluxe Dental stepped in to help bridge the funding gap, ensuring that St. Mark’s could fully stock their pantry and keep their promise to the community. For us, providing comprehensive care doesn’t stop when you step out of the dental chair. True health includes security, well-being, and knowing where your next meal is coming from.
